Standard sizes

You can return a standard-size dress within 14 days of delivery if it is unworn, unaltered and in its original packaging with all tags. Please contact us first; return shipping is paid by the customer.

Custom measurements

Dresses made to your personal measurements are made specifically for you and are excluded from the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. If there is a manufacturing defect or the dress does not match the measurements you provided, we will repair or remake it at no cost.

Damaged or wrong item

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
